Return & Refund Policy

Returns

At Voltexetech, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition you received it

  • Be in the original packaging

  • Include proof of purchase or order confirmation


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items damaged through misuse

  • Products returned without original packaging

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Gift cards


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

We will offer:

  • A replacement

  • A full refund

  • Store credit


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. Once processing has begun, cancellation may not be possible.
